Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 事業經營碩士在職學位學程 === 107 === As the vigorous development of the global ICT industry, the clusters of science and technology in the science parks which are mainly developed in Taiwan; they have also greatly expanded their business which mainly to provide information engineering services for manufacturers within the cluster. It has benefited from rapid growth. However, with the expansion of the number of information engineering service providers; the competition among the industry has intensified and the profitability of the overall industry has also been weakened. The object of this research is the J Company who is information engineering service provider. At present, the company is facing the severe competitive pressure from the market and the rising conflict of its organization. This study analyzes the industry via Porter five-force analyses and SWOT of case company. In order to aware the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the company and industry environment; then, prompt proper business strategies for the company. The research results advise the case company: 1. Strengthen professional literacy and cope with the training of advancement and retreat, strengthen communication and coordination of teamwork.2. Improve the technical ability of various systems and become a key indicator for customer quality assurance. 3. Adopt alliance cooperation strategy, strengthen cooperation with system integrators, and jointly develop high-profit business to increase interest. 4. Grasp external opportunities to combine with internal human resource, technology, management and other advantages to seize the opportunity to ensure can fulfill customer needs. 5. Continue and deeply to integrate of service orientation with innovative thinking to establish a platform on technology and experience exchange.
