Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 國家發展研究所 === 107 === This study aims to explore the relevance between the consumer knowledge of real estate and the consumer disputes of real estate. It also explains the level of real estate knowledge has practical benefits to help the public when dealing with real estate consumer dispute. This study has a high degree of significance in practice. If the public were able to grasp the real estate knowledge and realized fair trades between the sellers and the buyers, it not only can decrease the occurrences of real estate consumer dispute but also provide practical benefits to their attitudes and course of actions when handling the real estate consumer disputes after the occurrences.
