The researcher aims at counseling the boy with emotional disorders individually and realizing the process and the result of the counseling strategies. The research adopts the case study. The researcher realizes the changing process of the problematic behaviors of the way the boy expresses his emotion and relationships with the other people by counseling the boy every week, observing and counseling the boy during the process, by interviewing the homeroom teacher and the classmates, in order to explore the results of every counseling strategies applied for the boy with emotional disorders. To sum up, the research finds that: First the behavioral changing strategies can help the children with emotional disorders improve the way they express their emotions and their relationships with the other people, especially token economy of behavioral changing skills are obvious. Second positive behavioral supporting strategies can improve the ability of controlling the emotions of children with emotional disorders and improve their relationships with the other people. Third after finding out the cause of the problematic behavior by using positive behavioral supporting strategies, the result will be more obvious if the skills are combined with behavioral changing skills to counsel the children with emotional disorders. Four among the other strategies used during the counseling process, the two strategies of changing the seats and guiding changing behavior through the occasional situation are more effective than the others are for the boy to express his emotions. Finally to provide the basis, the researcher gives some suggestions according to the conclusion of the research.
