碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 文化資源與休閒產業學系碩士班 === 106 === This study is focous on Liji community in Taitung, which is investigated the factors of the community development in-depth interview and from the social capital point of view. In these years, becouse of “Plan for Geopark Onsite-Tour Guides’Training”under the “Plan for Forestry Development of Forestry Bureau”, Liji community start to review the community resources, including culture, material, or the most important one, human resource. By Social Capital Theory, the research is trying to answer the fellowing questions. First, how much social capital does this community have? Second, how do the organizations, community participants, and so on interact? Third, how is the situation of “reciprocity”, “mutual trust”, and “network relationship” in Liji community? Fourth, how do Liji community to increase and use social capital, and then develope the communitty? The research rusult is Liji community have good relationship with many government departments, community development associations, and community aboriginal tribe organizations. They keep in communicating and cooperating, even take care of each others. So that they have deep relationship of “reciprocity” and“mutual trust”.
