Looking into the future, the logistics industry will continue to grow with GDP, and with the development of the logistics industry, it will continue to increase the environmental load. How to reduce the environmental load is an important issue for the sustainable development of the logistics industry, and green logistics is an important key. This study establishing and evaluation for Green Logistics Indicators in Taiwan, follows the ten steps of the OECD (2008) indicator structure and the OECD (2011) green growth indicators to establishes a green logistics indicator system for Freight Forwarders. Based on this, this study examines the development status of green logistics in Freight Forwarders in the past five years (2013-2017). The results show that Freight Forwarders lean toward green logistics, but the environment and resources; policy response and economic opportunities deviate from green logistics, Based on this, this study proposes relevant countermeasures to provide a reference for the government to promote the development of green logistics. In this study, the selection of different base periods and weights for sensitivity analysis shows that the green logistics indicators is highly robustness.
