| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 公共行政暨政策學系 === 107 === Due to extravagant housing prices, the government actively promoted the construction of social housing to provide the house-demander an affordable and comfortable residence and alleviate the long-term residence problem. The resident’s satisfaction toward social housing policy is the part we need to figure out. This study mainly evaluates the outcome of social housing from the perspective of the resident to understand the effectiveness and achievement of the social housing policy implemented by the government.
Based on related policy evaluation theory and social housing research, this research established housing policy evaluation indicators. In this research, we selected Zhonghe Youth Social Housing Project in New Taipei City as the case. To evaluate the performance of the case, we did a face-to-face survey and interview. We received 114 valid responses for the research. By exploratory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and inductive analysis from the interview data, we have three findings, and provide four policy suggestions.
