The global attention on sustainable development and environmental issues has reached to its highest point, which make it necessary for enterprises to make changes to move beyond the economic growth and plan strategies to manage their relationships with nature and resources. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence Green Entrepreneurship. A survey questionnaire was used to collect data from managers and employees. The findings of this study revealed that green creativity and environmental commitment had a positive influence on both green core competence and green entrepreneurship. However, it was found that green core competence has no mediating effect on the relationship between green creativity and green entrepreneurship. Also, green core competence has no mediating effect on the relationship between environmental commitment and green entrepreneurship. Proactiveness of top managers and risk-taking propensity of top managers has no moderating effect on relationships between green core competence and green entrepreneurship. On the basis of the studys findings, the implications for practitioners are discussed.
