The findings were described as below: 1. After the arc model was integrated into bible teaching, the learning motivation of college students improved significantly in three aspects: "Attention", "Relevance" and "Satisfaction", but not in "Confidence". 2. After the integration of ARCS motivation model into bible teaching, the learning outcomes of college students have been significantly improved. Finally, this study can effectively improve the learning motivation and learning outcomes of college students, which can be used as a reference for future general education courses, bible teaching, and other courses integrated into ARCS model.
