Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 課程與教學研究所 === 107 === This study aims to investigate the relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of Wednesday’s in-service training for national primary school teachers.In addition to discussing the current situation of the motivation and learning effectiveness of the primary school teachers on Wednesday’s In-service training , the differences between the motivations and learning outcomes of the national primary school teachers who learned different background variables on Wednesday’s In-service training , were also analyzed the degree of relevance.
This study is based on the teachers of the National Primary School in Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City and Taoyuan City. The "National Primary School Teachers Participate in the Questionnaire on Learning Motivation and Learning Effectiveness on Wednesday’s In-service training " was used as a tool to conduct a study. The valid sample of the pre-test questionnaire was 60. After checking the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, 213 valid samples of the formal questionnaire were used for descriptive analysis. t test, analysis of variance and other statistical methods for analysis, and draw the following conclusions:
1. The scores of the National Primary School teachers' motivation questionnaires on Wednesday’s In-service training are in the upper middle. The overall motivation of the national primary school teachers on Wednesday’s In-service training is good, and the intrinsic motivation of teachers to participate in training on Wednesday’s In-service training is greater than the external motivation.
2. The scores of the National Primary School teachers' training performance questionnaires on Wednesday’s In-service training are in the upper middle, which shows that the overall performance of the National Primary School teachers' overall learning is good.
3. In the national primary school teacher background change (school area, school size, teacher gender, teacher age, marital status, education level, length of teaching, current job category, number of Wednesday’s In-service training participated in the past year), each change there was no significant difference in the motivations for the training on Wednesday’s In-service training , and there was no significant difference in the motivation of the National Primary School teachers to participate in the training on Wednesday’s In-service training .
4. For teachers with different background variables, the average score of teachers who served as directors was higher than that of other teachers, and there was no significant difference.
5. In the national primary school teachers to learn the different degrees of motivation on the difference in learning outcomes on Wednesday In-service training, the average scores of the middle and high group teachers in all directions are higher than the low group teachers; Intrinsic motivation is in addition to "class management and coaching" and "school administration and leadership", high group teachers are also significantly higher than the middle group teachers; In the degree of external motivation, in addition to the "class management and counseling" degree, the scores of the high group teachers are higher than those of the low group and the middle group teachers. It can be seen that the higher the overall motivation and the internal and external motivation scores, the higher the scores of the training results.
6. The relationship between "integrated learning effectiveness" and "intrinsic motivation" among the primary school teachers on Wednesday’s In-service training motivation and learning effectiveness is the highest; "School Administration and Leadership" has the highest correlation with "External Motivation"; "School Administration and Leadership" has the highest correlation with "Integrated Learning Motivation".
Finally, this study intends to analyze and discuss the results of the above studies to form conclusions and recommendations, and to provide reference for educational administrations, schools, and future related research.
