Based on research results, suggestions are offered for education administrative authorities, schools, teachers in Penghu, and for further studies. Based on the results of literature review, a questionnaire was compiled to investigate primary school teachers’ degrees of recognition, implementation status, problems, and feasible strategies of flipped classroom strategy. The population of the research consisted of 545 primary school teachers of academic year 2017-2018 in Penghu. The research adopted the method of stratified random sampling and retrieved 389 valid samples from 405 distributed ones. The effective response rate was 97.3%. The data collected were analyzed through descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, and one way ANOVA with SPSS for Windows. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Primary school teachers in Penghu County highly recognize flipped classroom strategy, especially for its concepts and applying methods. 2. Primary school teachers in Penghu County have different degrees of recognition of flipped classroom strategy in overall or partial dimensions due to their service years, school regions, and workshop attendance. 3. Primary school teachers in Penghu County have a positive perception on the implementation status of flipped classroom strategy, especially in class activities. 4. Primary school teachers in Penghu County have different perceptions on the implementation status of flipped classroom strategy in overall or partial dimensions due to their service years, school regions, and workshop attendance. 5. The most concerned problem of implementing flipped classroom strategy for primary school teachers in Penghu County is the lack of good information environment. 6. Primary school teachers in Penghu County have different perceptions on the possibly encountered problems of implementing flipped classroom strategy in overall or partial dimensions due to their genders and school regions. 7. Primary school teachers in Penghu County recognize the feasible strategies of implementing flipped classroom strategy. The dimension of teachers’ professional competence is the most recognized one. 8. Primary school teachers in Penghu County have different opinions on the feasible strategies of implementing flipped classroom strategy in overall or partial dimensions due to their service years, school regions, and workshop attendance.
