The census method is used to research the itinerant teachers of preschool in Taipei City and New Taipei City. The questionnaire survey method is used by the researcher. The work pressure and coping strategies of the preschool itinerant teachers in Taipei City and New Taipei City Questionnaire is used as a research tool, and 139 valid questionnaires are actually collected. The data are statistically analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, repeated measured ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The main findings are obtained: 1. The itinerant teachers of preschool in Taipei City and New Taipei City feel medium to high level work pressure, and the pressure on the “work content” is the most stressful. 2. There are significant differences between the background variables of preschool itinerant teachers in Taipei City and New Taipei City and the overall work pressure: teachers serve “Taipei City”, age “over 51 years old” and qualified “official” feel a higher level of work pressure. In addition, the number of service cases has significant differences in the work content of the work pressure. The work pressures of preschool itinerant teachers who has more than 41 service cases is higher than the teacher who has less than 20 service cases and 20-30 service cases. 3. The used of coping strategies of preschool itinerant teachers in Taipei City and New Taipei City is medium to high level. The "problem-solving" and "rational analysis" are most frequently used. 4. The work pressure and coping strategies of preschool itinerant teachers in Taipei City and New Taipei City are not significantly different for different service areas, ages, qualifications, special education service years, marital status, most frequently used modes of transportation, and number of service cases. 5. The work pressure measured in this study has no significant correlation with the coping strategies. Finally, based on the research results, suggestions are made for the education authorities, special education teacher training schools, preschool itinerant teachers and future researchers. 陳介宇 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 124 zh-TW
