By communicating and interacting between machines, they merge collected data into the production strategy after analysis, so that the factory can surely enhance the overall productivity and reduce the cost. Finally, we achieved real industrial equipment informatization. At present, factory equipment with newer hardware specification generally has the ability to get access to the Internet, but integrating systems developed by different developers may face some difficulties. Even more, some traditional machines lack the function of serial communication. Therefore, how to effectively manage these new and old equipments, and then make the factory management intellectual will be a difficult problem when automation factory moves on to Industrial 4.0. In this thesis, we substitute low-cost architecture for programmable logic controller(PLC) and remote terminal unit(RTU) to develop a Windows-based graphical control system, which has the function of supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA). In order to implement Industrial Internet of Things, we not only make out-dated automation equipment import into M2M module technology but also make real-time monitoring of the automation equipment come true by the master-slave architecture and a specific communication protocol.
