Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 教育研究所 === 107 === The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between occupational stress and well-being of social workers in Keelung. In order to achieve the above purpose , the research object is the social workers in Keelung to understand the current situation, differences and relationship of occupational stress and well-being. The study uses questionnaire survey method-241 social workers in Keelung as the research object, and the main research tool is "The Questionnaire of Social Workers in Occupational Stress and Well-Being ". The total valid questionnaires are 216 copies, the recycling rate is 90%, and the quantitative data are processed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, factor analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis, and typical correlation. Based on the above research design, the following conclusions are obtained: 1.From the narrative statistics, overall, the occupational stress and well-being of social workers in Keelung are slightly lower than the median value. In terms of occupational stress, the social workers in Keelung have reached a high level of "work attributes and careers"; in terms of well-being, social workers in Keelung have reached a level of "positive sentiment". 2.Regarding the analysis of difference, in the of occupational stress, there is a significant difference between the service years and "the organizational structure and operation". There is also a significant difference between "organizational structure and operation" and "interpersonal relationship and support" in terms of the nature of work in the overall level. In the aspect of well-being, there is a significant difference in the service life and the "satisfaction of life"; the nature of the work is significantly different in the "satisfaction of life" and "positive sentiment" at the overall level. Whether the social workers having professional certificates or not is a significant difference in "self-affirmation". 3.In terms of the relationship between the variables, in the relevant analysis, the overall occupational stress has a moderately negative correlation with the overall well-being. The "satisfaction" of well-being is the most negatively correlated with the "work attribute and career" of occupational stress, and that is moderately negatively correlated; the "positive emotion" of well-being is the most negatively related to the "interpersonal relationship and support" of occupational stress, which is the moderately negative correlation; the “self-affirmation” of well-being is the most negatively correlated with the “work attribute and career” of occupational stress, and that is lower negatively correlated. In the typical correlation, the linear combination of the three factors of social workers' occupational stress is used to predict the linear combination of the three factors of social workers’ well-being, which are moderately negatively correlated with each other. Finally, based on the results of the research, there is some suggestions for the social work practices and academia respectively as reference.
