The EU and the United States have been enforced, while Taiwan is still in the initial testing stage. This study is aimed at enterprises that meet the green label in China. The input items are the water consumption, electricity consumption and operating cost of the enterprise process; and the output items are the operating income and carbon emissions. The official data are taken and analyzed from 2014 to 2017. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) method is used to explore the operational efficiency of each enterprise in the manufacturing process. Finally, the inter-period management is analyzed to see if it is consistent with the results of the data envelopment analysis. The main issues of this paper are as follows: 1. How to apply green management to reduce the damage caused to the environment. 2. How to use effective methods to improve the company's operating efficiency. The purpose of this paper is as follows: 1. By exploring how major companies apply green management and summarize, the most appropriate method. 2. Provide effective implementation methods for the company and improve the company's operating efficiency. The research findings of this study are as follows: 1.Enterprises applying green management can reduce the damage caused to the Environment, such as PM2.5 air pollution dyeing, water pollution, seawater warming, environmental warming, etc. 2. Introducing a green management method that can improve the company's operating efficiency and meets the green label, to enhance brand value and market position.
