Then, this study designed the research questionnaire to examine the hypotheis and used the data collected from 67 chilled food or frozen food manufacturing companies in Taiwan. The data analysis methods include descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, one-way analysis of variance and regression analysis by using SPSS sofeware. According to the results of the regression analysis, the “Raw material inventory management” and “Improper raw material inventory management”;“ Pre-process management of raw materials” and “Inappropriate handling of raw materials”; “Transport and storage management” and “ Improper storage and transportation management” are relevant.
