In experiment I, Groupers with initial weight of 3.85±0.01g were fed six isonitrogenous (40%), isoenergetic (361 kcal/100g) and isolipid (15%) diets containing 0 (D0), 5 (D5), 10 (D10), 15 (D15), 20 (D20) and 25% (D25) DDGS. Each treatment diet was distributed to triplicate groups. Fish were fed to apparent satiation three times daily for six weeks. The growth performance of grouper fed diet containing 15% DDGS was significantly higher than that of grouper fed D0, D5, D10 and D25. Fish fed diets containing 15 and 20% DDGS showed no significant difference. In experiment Ⅱ, Groupers with initial weight of 11.90±0.04g were fed six isonitrogenous (50%), isoenergetic (366 kcal/100g) and isolipid (10%)diets containing 0 (C0), 10 (C10), 20 (C20), 30 (C30), 40 (C40) and 50% (C50) CGM. Each treatment diet was distributed to triplicate groups. Fish were fed apparent satiation three times daily for six weeks. The grouper fed C0 showed the highest growth performance and showed no significantly different from those fed with C10 diet. The growth performance of grouper decreased with increasing dietary corn gluten meal. In experiment III, Groupers with initial weight of 2.99±0.01g were fed six isonitrogenous (50%), isoenergetic (341 kcal/100g) and isolipid (10%) diets containing 0 (DC0), 5 (DC5), 10 (DC10), 15 (DC15), and 20% (DC20) DC. Each treatment diet was distributed to triplicate groups. Fish were fed apparent satiation three times daily for six weeks. The growth performance of grouper fed diet containing 10% DC was significantly higher than that of grouper fed DC0 and DC20 diets. Fish fed diets containing 5 and 15% DC showed no significant difference. Sheen, Shyn-Shin 沈士新 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 49 zh-TW
