The research tools used a scale of social demography, perceived health status, and health-promoting lifestyles. The total sample were 112 persons, and used descriptive Statistics of the frequency allocation percentage, average value , standard Deviation, and inferential statistics of the One-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation, multiple regression analysis. To further compare the differences in social demography, perceived health status and health promoting lifestyles, as well as predictors of health promoting lifestyle. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1.The perceived health status of subjects was above the medium degree. Generally, there was a positive evaluation of the evaluation of their health status. In the health-promoting lifestyles, the highest score was the self-realization, the second was the interpersonal support, and exercise of the lowest score. 2.The perceived health status of the subjects were significantly different from body mass index(BMI). 3.The healthy promoting lifestyles of the subjects were significantly different from age and education. 4.The perceived health status and health promoting lifestyles of freshmen were positive correlated. 5.The health promoting lifestyles of the subjects could be predicted by the variables of ages, education, marriage and the perceived health status and explained 39.4% of variance of health life condition.
