It has been promoted for nearly fifteen years now, and emotional education has been fermented among the people. But what is its impact on society? there is still a lack of appropriate evaluations, this led to the motivation of this study. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to analyze the service output value of emotional education volunteers from the perspective of social investment. First, through the value of volunteer service, more people pay attention to and invest resources, and secondly, government policy units face the importance of emotional education. The research results show that the non-profit organization Taiwan Happiness Village Emotion Education Association tangible and intangible total income in fiscal year 2017 was NT$156,967,865, and the total expenditure was NT$46,829,324.the ratio of total income divided by total expenditure by social investment is 3.35, which means that NT$3.35 can be recovered for every NT$1 invested. In addition, the impact level of the inability to price has influence on individuals, families, schools, society and even the country, for example, an international forum is held to introduce the two major cities in the south and the north, and the school to conduct inter-school. The exchange of the Beijing education unit is actively introduced, as well as the affirmative extension of the teaching plan, the world’s only emotional education teacher coach, which is the impact of the inability to price. Therefore, emotional education is a worthwhile investment project for investing in the future ofstudent . This study uses the curriculum teaching plan, execution power and government policy support as the benchmark for output value evaluation, and proposes improvement strategies based on the results of the evaluation. It is hoped that the conclusions and recommendations of the research can provide reference for the future of government policy units and private institutions.
