In the process of how the Musem Act is generated, the implementation of a set of the Museum Act belongs to the museum.It can bring a positive and negative impact on the cultural governance of domestic museums.Regarding whether it can be active to the development of museums in the future or not. Or the implementation of the Museum Act is used as management or restrictions. The results of the study will provide a reference for government amending the law in the future and the operation of folk museums. This study is a qualitative interview with four index public and private domestic museums through case studies. The research results are as follows: 1.The difference in conditions of public museums forms different modes of operation. The part of the Museum Act that affects the operation of public museums is the evaluation certification and collection (inventory) mechanism. 2.The museum evaluation mechanism for public and private museums is to enhance the professionalism of the museum, providing planning direction in order to increase its development. 3.The impact of the Museum Act to private museums mainly comes from the application for registration. However the substantial feedback is not significant to those private museums has been registered. 4.The establishment of private museums after the enactment of the Museum Act, due to the incentives for private museums are not significant and the increase in administrative work,it forms a expectation gap. 5.The Museum Act is not mainly for the purpose of management.
