The goal of this research is to develop a test of geometric construction using a software named Geogebra. Item difficulty parameters are estimated by classic testing theorem and Rasch model from the response of 903 students of 8th grade.To perform the GCT, we have 5 subtests: Copy a line segment, Perpendicular bisector, Copy an angle, Angle bisector, perpendicular from a line and 6 cognitive components: Dimension, Concept complexity, Solving steps, Steps in options, Proceedure/Application.And we provide item analysis by classic testing theorem, item response theorem, factor analysis. Multiple regression analysis is adopted for designing cognitive items.The proposed 5 components accounted 77.59% variances of difficulty parameters of GCT.
