The study method was survey research. The participants of the study were 560 students. The instruments included Friendly Campus Human Rights Atmosphere Scale, Peer relationship scale, Gender role attitude scale. Mean, standard deviation , t-test , one-way anova ,Pearson correlation ,and stepwise multiple regression analysis were suitable statistic methods in the examination. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1.Students’ Friendly Human Right in Campus was medium to high. It has the highest scores on “implementation of human rights education” and the lowest scores on “loved and happy experience”. 2.Students’ peer-relationship was good. It has the highest scores on “social/support” and the lowest scores on“conflict/hostility. 3.Students’ gender role attitude was not stereotype. The “social participation” is non-stereotyped, and the relationship between the sexes tends to be more stereotype. 4.Parental friendly human right in campus, peer-relationship and gender role attitude of some students with different background variables were significantly different. 5.Students’ friendly human right in campus, peer-relationship and gender role attitude were correlated with each other. 6.Dimensions of the friendly human right in campus and the peer-relationship could predict students’ gender role attitude.
