The innovative viewpoint is the most important part of this research. The importance is to improve the difference between self and industry competitive advantage. Only by continuously leading the market can we ensure the sustainability of profit maximization. In order to increase the richness of the cultural and creative industry research and the change of strategic thinking, this study selects the diversified management and combines the case of platformization, through the perspective of innovation ability, through the business model research in different industries, it is expected to be used as a strategic reference for different attributes of the creative industry. This study used An-Ping Ping- An as an example, in its creative industry, from the creative idea to the establishment of the brand, to the establishment of the customer relationship and the subsequent business model management, its innovative operation structure can be used in the strategic practice of the cultural and creative industry to achieve the effect of auxiliary analysis. It also contributes to the promotion of the cultural and creative industries and finds more ideas for operating the cultural and creative industries.
