Industry 4.0 is a key to the next generation of companies that can stand out from the crowd. Now it's a world of connected networks. If you don't keep up with technology, you can't survive in the next generation. The biggest performance of a company's operations is a financial change, and the introduction of Industry 4.0 can have a significant impact on the financial performance of the company, which is worthy of deep discussion. This study uses the balanced scorecard theory to explore the impact of Industry 4.0 on corporate financial performance, and further analyze the remaining facets of Industry 4.0 that affect business performance, such as internal process performance or organizational strategy, and establish performance measures. The relevance model. The results of this study were derived from 64 valid questionnaires. The study found that the industry 4.0 measurement has a significant positive impact on organizational strategy; and the organizational strategy will have a positive impact on the company's internal process performance; in addition, the company's internal process performance It also positively affects financial performance. This study found that Industry 4.0 influences financial performance through organizational strategy and internal company performance.
