To accomplish this goal, the questionnaire of this study was conducted in the field of project practitioners working at 71companies. Using convenient sampling method, a total of 205 distributed, only 155 questionnaires are used for the analysis due to missing information in the survey forms. Confirmatory factor analysis is performed to validate the constructs and examine the model fitness. The findings of this study demonstrate that knowledge management has a positive effect on innovative behavior and project financial performance, respectively. Innovative behavior was found to have a positive effect on innovation performance. Innovative performance has a positive effect on project financial performance. This study suggests a need to increase project organization support for enhancing knowledge management and innovative behavior of employees in their organizations.
