Firstly, based on the literature review, the preliminary indicators were established, and the preliminary Delphi expert questionnaire was compiled. Secondly, through the 20 Delphi experts, the Delphi questionnaire was used to form the kindergarten principals' curriculum leadership indicators. Thirdly, the analytic hierarchy process method was used, the indicators were compiled into an indicator weight questionnaire to invite experts to evaluate the indicator weight system. Finally, the six kindergarten principals were interviewed to validate the indicator system. The results of the study were summarized as follows: 1.In terms of indicator structure, kindergarten principals' curriculum leadership indicators included four levels, eleven dimensions and forty-three indicators. 2.In terms of indicator weights, the study constructed a ranking of the weights of the indicators under various levels and dimensions . 3.In terms of indicator validation, the six principals provided valuable opinions on the structure, content and index weight ranking of kindergarten principals' curriculum leadership indicators. . In addition to discussing the above findings, the study put forward suggestions for kindergarten principals in curriculum leadership, and finally put forward suggestions for future research.
