A self-made questionnaire of preschool educators’ attitudes and practices towards family-preschool partnerships was employed as the instrument and distributed to the participants. 316 copies of the questionnaire were collected with a 93.8% return rate. The data from 309 copies of the valid questionnaire was collected and analyzed by SPSS 21.0. Factor analysis, reliability analysis, F-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were used, and the findings were as follows, 1. The preschool educators’ attitudes and practices towards family-preschool partnerships were quite positive. The average scores of the attitudes are higher than the practices, indicating that there is something the preschool educators can improve. 2. In terms of bivariate analysis, there is a significant correlation in the domains of attitudes and practices towards family-preschool partnerships in terms of personal background, including age, educational background, years of teaching, and characteristic traits. 3. By means of the bivariate analysis, the factor of parents is not found a significant correlation in the preschool educators’ attitudes and practices towards family-preschool partnerships. That is, the preschool educators do not change the attitudes and practices with the different levels of parent’s education. 4. Based on the bivariate analysis, the factor of school results in a significant correlation in both domains of attitudes and of practices towards family-preschool partnerships. The Public-and-private-preschool factor displays a difference in both domains. However, the urban and rural divide shows a significant correlation only in the practice domain. 5. A significant predictability is revealed in the preschool educators’ attitudes towards family-preschool partnerships, including the factors of educators’ personal background, of parents, and of schools. 6. A significant predictability is revealed in the preschool educators’ practices towards family-preschool partnerships, including the factors of educators’ personal background, of parents, and of schools.
