In particular, urban farmland water conservancy will participate in the development of Taiwan's overall industry. In addition to assisting in the maintenance of agricultural production, ecology, and life, there are still tasks to activate asset management to serve a broader level of society. In modern life, which is gradually valued at the spiritual level, managers should pay attention to the quality and quantity of leisure activities performed by employees in the heavy work. In this study, five urban-type farmland water conservancy practitioners, including Qixing, Yugong, Taoyuan, Taichung, and Kaohsiung, were used to survey the respondents' personal basic data, leisure preferences, leisure participation motivation, and leisure obstruction factors. According to the sorting method, the choice of leisure activities is entertainment and ingenuity. The motivation for leisure participation is mainly to stimulate and avoid, and the obstacles to leisure are timeless, family considerations and lack of information. After the conclusion of the comprehensive conclusion, specific suggestions are put forward. In response to the motivation of leisure participation, encourage leisure diversification and eliminate leisure obstacles to improve the quality of activities. In order to give back the results to the reference department of the farmland water conservancy association in the planning of leisure activities, to assist the practitioners in the overall health and development of the body, mind and spirit, and to be more able to contribute to the development of farmland water conservancy projects in China.
