Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 幼兒教育學系早期療育碩士在職專班 === 107 === The first phase of this project involces in semistructured interview of Achondroplasia patients' parents. Through induction and research, we reflect and summarize this study in following points: 1. Since parents acknowledged this illness on their child/children, they might experience five stages: shock, denial, depression, adaptation and cognition. Author is figuring pressure which suffers them, the way these families living with stress, identifying the impacts and the solution for parents to ease themselves and take easy with this illness. 2. Analyzation of the importance for participating of Health and Welfare department, Education department who successfully reacted as pain relievers to Achondroplasia patients and parents. 3. Further discussions on above points are needed, including medical treatment, special education customization for Achondroplasia patients, and the values provided by welfare department for these families. Suggestion for practicing potential response measures too. The final result and output of this study are welcomed to refer for any education, medical and welfare purpose in the future.
