Tang. Han Yu once said, “The teacher, so evangelism, teaching, and confusing.” The teacher’s job is to inherit the truth, teach and solve doubts. Teachers will meet many students in their teaching career. The behavior of teachers’ well-being is easy to affect students’ feelings of well-being. That is to say, teachers who feel happy can make students happy.     Therefore, teacher well-being is a part worthy of attention. To this end, this study intends to use the importance performance analysis metho to establish a priority improvement project mechanism to enhance teachers’ well-being. The subjects are teachers in an elementary school in Taichung City, the “teacher well-being scale” compiled by the researchers was used as a research tool. A total of 80 questionnaires were distributed, and 76 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 95%.   According to the data of the questionnaire, the results of this study are as follows: First, located in the A-limit of the IPA map (priority improvement area) There are six items: item 1 “the degree of goodness of the educational environment,” item 2 “the current economic situation of the self,” and item 3 “the future,” The degree of protection of life,” item 4 “The degree of not being disturbed by work after work,” item 11 “Our health status,” and item 12 “The development of your own exercise habits.” Second, located in the C-limit of the IPA chart (continuous improvement zone) There is 1 item, that is, the item 6 “Inter-teacher interaction.” Third, located in the D-quadrant of the IPA map (over-exhibition area) There are 9 items. These are part of the oversupply of happiness.   Based on the research results, specific recommendations and improvement guidelines are proposed for the education authorities, school administrations, current elementary school teachers and future researchers. It is expected to effectively and continuously improve the happiness of teachers. Keywords: well-being, elementary school teachers, importance analysis method.
