The cognition and view of the primary teachers on the annuity reform the overall situation is medium half understood and recognized;there is no significant difference in cognition and perception between the goal of the old end of the annuity reform and the financial dilemma faced by the Taiwan Retirement Fund. 2. After the reform, the financial managements were high and clear and positive; but after the reform financial preparations are medium and half positive.Male teachers who have retired and are older have the highest level of positive financial management before and after the annuity reform. 3. After the reform, financial planning is most often based on "adjusting the mentality, not relying on the government, relying only on their own" as the largest number. 4. The cognition of the reform of the annuity and the financial planning before and after the reform are positively correlated. 5.
