To reach the sustainable development of human society, the key to solving the problem of food safety is food education. On the eve of the major education reform of the Ministry of Education of Taiwan, this study builds a set of friendly consumption themes with 12 years of core literacy in the natural sciences of the state. Use Laying hen to teaching materials, designing a food education course suitable for middle and upper grades. The entire course has evolved into three teaching activities for a total of 180 minutes. The curriculum integrates into two of the five major learning themes of environmental education: sustainable development, environmental ethics and develop the questionnaire and interview outline, the research field is Zhongxing University and Jifeng Elementary School, and explore the effect of teaching quality and quantification after teaching.
The results show that students have great interest in animal themes and teaching materials, in the choice of teaching activities also prefers to be outdoors. In addition, the teaching activities are effective, and the majority of students can be seen in the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of quantification and quality. The improvement in the core, the core literacy is also good, and the performance on the qualitative information of the course is also good. The response is very good in knowledge, attitude and behavior. Students who actually touch the animal perform better in qualitative and quantitative performance.
It is recommended that when conducting relevant research in the future, the subject of the questionnaire will be revised into a single concept and in line with the current situation of the market. In the course of the curriculum, the links between friendly animals and friendly consumption should be strengthened; the sense of power should be increased; the parent-child curriculum should be developed; and the small tasks that students can do can be increased. ; deepen the production and sales history of goods, the relationship between sellers and consumers.
