| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 高等教育經營管理碩士學位學程 === 107 === As a member of LGBTQIA community, researcher found that there are many unfriendly issues for LGBTQIA community exist in the campus for LGBTQIA community. The purpose this study in order to construct a gender diversity and friendly campus, by the interviews, researcher investigated the coming out process of LGBTQIA community the challenge they face in campus, and LGBTQIA community’ thoughts on the ideal campus regarding gender diversity. The conclusions were as follows:1. gender diversity and friendly campus is not a main but significant factor for more than half of LGBTQIA community to come out；2. the coming out in campus affects LGBTQIA community in three parts : breaking social frame, the change of interpersonal relations, and the change of interaction model ；3. LGBTQIA community adopt different communicative strategies based on diverse factors in campus；4. general speaking, most university campuses are friendly, but interviewees suggested that they can be better, especially the gender education；5. for LGBTQIA community, the ideal campus is a friendly place where people understand each other, respect each other, and be stress-free and gender-diverse.
