Accordingly, most of the developing countries are having an intense competition to attract foreign capital.Hence, foreign direct investments play an important role for the development of Mongolia.
This research aims to introduce essential theories about FDI that have been studied many years and also possible risks that has occurred over the years in order to study and learn from it. This thesis aims used application of Grey Prediction Model to determine the how important is Foreign Direct Investment and investigate the weighting of foreign direct investment toward mining-sector in Mongolia.
