Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣體育運動大學 === 體育研究所 === 107 === Purpose:To develop the quantitative tool for measuring the disability in stroke patients. Methods:we recruited 13 patient as experimental group and 24 healthy adults as control group, ranged as 50 to 80 years old. The PASS (Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke Patients) were performed with wearing 3D-Accelerometer in all subjects to obtain the PASS score, motion time and SVM (signal vector magnitude) of acceleration during motion. Results:The SVM shown that there were obviously differences exhibited between patients group and healthy group in the test of “Standing, picking up a pencil from the floor”,” Supine to non-affected side lateral, “Supine to sitting up on the edge of the table” and “Sitting to standing up”. Conclusion: In conclusion, the motion analyzation by using the 3D-Accelerometer will be a great tool to evaluate the degree of disability in stroke patients.
