It approaches by random chosen of 11 family child care providers respectively, under different forum according to background, experiences, service module, It categorized and launched by qualitative analysis through observation, and interview relative data collections. The results find as:
1.The factors influenced willingness of family child care providers, quality of working life of remain on job (work injection, continue provide the service, step out the career) , includes: “independent and family balance”, “personality and interests” , “interaction with people and support”.
2.The factors influence the willingness (working expectation, working promise) of quality of working life of family child care providers are comprised with “interaction with people”, “child care professions” and “social meaning and professional image”.
3.The factors influence the quality of working life of family child care providers (satisfaction and dissatisfaction) comprised with “interaction and support of people”, “family child care expense” and “family child care management system”.
4.The factors influenced and challenged to the family child care providers (working difficulties, market competition) of quality of working life, comprised with “interaction with people”, “family child care professions”, and “family child care services expense”.
5.The behavior influence the quality of family child care providers is comprised with “environmental and facility design” and “management of family child care and household”.
6.The factors influence the quality of working life, in terms of issues of family child care issues of family child care providers. it concluded, analysis the factors of motivation, willingness and obstacle of family child care, the crucial motivation to join the profession is “dependent and family balance”, as family care providers emphasize highly on high autonomous, as well as taking care of family life, and thus being involved in family child care work.; the crucial factor affecting the willingness to join the profession is “interaction and support of people”, as positive support from parents and families of the family child care providers made them willing to join the family child care work; the crucial obstacle to the profession of “professional family child care”, is limited due to the unexpected healthy condition, accident and special child care.
Consequently, the paper provides suggestions of stimulate the motivation, exert the willingness, and reduce the obstacles, according to the analysis of family child care provider, in terms of family child care work.
