Summary:博士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 護理研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this research was to test the reliability and validity efficacy of Workplace breastfeeding support scale in Chinese edition and the effects of the intervention of breastfeeding mobile learning for improving breastfeeding attitude, breastfeeding intention, breastfeeding self-efficacy, maternal attachment, and breastfeeding rate on continuous breastfeeding of working mothers. Self-efficacy theory was used as research frame and in the experimental design. Data was collected since January to October of 2015. A total of 100 subjects were randomly assigned. Fifty mothers were intervened with Mobile Breastfeeding Learning Program and fifty mothers were only given with breastfeeding instruction sheets. Factor analysis of Workplace breastfeeding support scale Chinese edition had factor loading (λ) over 0.5 with Construct reliability between .643 to .796, and a overall reliability of .884 indicating thhis Chinese edition could be used as an effective tool for workplace breastfeeding evaluation. Results showed that the experimental group had higher breastfeeding attitude ( p < .001), higher breastfeeding intention ( p < .001), higher self-efficacy ( p < .001), higher maternal attachment ( p < .001), and a higher breastfeeding rate ( 52.5% vs 19%) at 6 months of postpartum ( p < .01) than those of control group. This showed the effectiveness of Mobile Learning and Instant Messenger Program for increasing breastfeeding. It proved that the Internet is able to make more women, easier and more timely access to the necessary breastfeeding information and assistance, and also help increase breastfeeding rates.
