Also by Chinese massage intervention combined with soymilk supplementation to explore the effects of exercise fatigue recovery and exercise performance. METHODS: This experiment used a double-blind-balanced sequence crossover experiment design to recruit 7 healthy males and females (aged 23.5 ± 0.5 yrs) between the ages of 20 and 40 for a 5 km athletic performance test and 15 km exercise. Fatigue and exercise recovery tests. In the test, the fixed measurement of 5-km stationary cycling time-trial (TT), 15-km cycling main exercise, measurement of VAS consciousness and soreness, heart rate, blood pressure, blood lactate, 5 km time exercise performance test, and the first nutritional supplement after 15 km of exercise fatigue After the exercise, rest for 45 minutes, Chinese massage intervention, and rest for 60 minutes after exercise to carry out the second nutritional supplement. RESULTS: There were no significant differences in cyclists’ heart rate, blood pressure, and blood lactate between the three trials (p > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the degree of VAS perceived pain (p > 0.05), 5 km fixed bicycle There was no significant difference in exercise performance (p > 0.05). CONCLUSION: The results of this study show that exercise recovery after exercise fatigue, Chinese massage intervention combined with soy milk supplementation can not effectively reduce exercise fatigue, improve muscle discomfort caused by muscle soreness, and improve exercise performance. However, only psychological aspects of the cognitive experience have a significant impact after the Chinese massage. LIAO, YI-HUNG 廖翊宏 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 61 zh-TW
