Besides existing competitors and replaced products, enterprises use merger and acquisition to get vertical integration benefit. Therefore, suppliers and customers may become new competitors. What traditional manufacturers can do is only to utilize management technology, work out new business mode and create enterprise value to seek for sustainable development. In this work, it is primary for the industry, functional plastic granules, which belongs to highly competitive and mature market. Owing to late engagement, customized development will be the method for focusing, specialization and differentiation compared to the original market. Running business over 12 years, initially, introducing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is to make Income Statement, Balance Sheet and any other financial relevance to understand the status of business operation. Now due to various customized service, management of raw materials and products results in extreme stress. The study is conducted by the method for Knowledge Management (KM), which means arranging, concluding and analyzing valued information from Big Data of Value Chain (Supplier, customer and stocking data from ERP) by Microsoft Excel to raise the performance of stocking management. Enterprises highly put emphasis on customized development to compete with the market. However, most of them ignore the importance of stocking management. The study results shall be presented as follows. First, estimating annual purchasing amount and cycle by annual usage of raw materials will make a good effect of stocking management and exclusion of risks in shortage. Second, to control the cycle of products and the way of production, annual products and their corresponding customers are references to prevent inactive stock and raise capacity. Third, annual financial statement shows comparative statistics, which can verify the performance of stocking management, monitor the reasonable cost of production and operating expenses. It is a guideline to enhance business operation. Based on the above evaluations, Knowledge Management does effectively prove its excellence in this work.
