This study focuses on the combination for the Kinmen Ming-Cheng Cable TV and barreled gas operator by using intelligent cloud technology. The quantization method for industry interview content and qualitative method for public survey contentare used to collect all the information for this study. The study results reveal that the consumers are highly interested in Intelligent Cloud system. In the case of reasonable fees, they are willing to try. The opportunity is very good for the cooperation for the both side of industry. Through interviews with industry players, provide the basis for the government to transform and improve the private sector. The government has the opportunity to understand the needs of private enterprises. With the support of the government, if this business model is successful, more companies will be encouraged to carry out a variety of new-type, new-thinking partnerships.
