Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 機械與機電工程學系研究所 === 107 === This study together with the phase-field method, use a two-phase flow module in COMSOL4.3a region between the melting and cooling of metal subject to the heat flux. This study solves conservation equations of mass, momentum, energy and level-set equation, find the flow field, temperature, pressure, streamline and level-set function. This work is also focused on the corner simulate between the molten pool and the solidified region. The corner flow region is responsible for surface humping, gouging, rippling ,etc affected by thermocapillary force and capillary pressure.
