The research data was sampled by purpose (sampled purpose), and a total of 278 middle school students (143 boys and 135 girls) in Kaohsiung City responded. After the male and female abilities were matched, the Mantel-Haenszel method in the EZDIF software showed that the incidence of DIF was 4%. According to the severity of the test ETS DIF, the study found that there were only class B questions and no class C severe DIF. However, the gender DIF test questions are not related to the content characteristics of the test questions, but they are related to the test form features. The dry text content is beneficial to boys. Then, the independent sample t-test found that the overall performance of the unitary unit was better than that of the girl, and the calculation of the equation, the program know.
