Carbazole alcohol-containing derivatives with high carrier transport properties were used as the host material in the above structure, which is an Anthracene fluorine-containing derivative containing CF bond. A novel blue light material containing an aromatic ether wasused as a guest material. The structure was characterized by the 1H-NMR and MALDI-TOF Mass spectra and found to be identical to the expected structure. The material owns good thermal stability, with a Td5% around 400 °C and Tg is around 100 °C, while light color is the slightest in CzAnCz red shift, mainly due to the large steric barrier of carbazole alcohol-containing derivatives. , reducing the degree of material aggregation and stacking. In the component test, CzAnCz, AnCzAn and AnCz were used as the light-emitting layer and fabricated into the undoped single-layer device by evaporation and spin coating. The component structure was ITO/NPB (40 nm)/ CzAnCz, AnCzAn, AnCz (30 nm) / TPBi (30 nm) / LiF (1 nm) / Al (1000 nm) and ITO / PEDOT: PSS (40 nm) / CzAnCz, AnCzAn, AnCz (30 nm) / TPBi (30 nm) / LiF (1 nm ) / Al (1000nm), and the three materials in two different process methods, the data demonstrate a fairly good performance.
