For research purposes, the researchers first designed interview outlines based on relevant literature.   In order to explore the subjective views and opinions of community residents on this research, qualitative research was conducted, and community development association cadres and community residents were selected for in-depth interviews, and the results of the study were summarized as follows:   First, if community organizations can exert their overall effectiveness, timely delivery of services can truly agglomerate the awareness of community residents and deepen their recognition of the community.   Second, the activities of family-based activities can deepen the level of their participation in the community.   Third, the Community Development Association needs to pay attention to: 1. Handling activities and services that meet the needs of the people; 2. Combining community resources, etc., can encourage community residents to identify and participate in community development associations.   Based on the above findings, the study provides recommendations for community residents themselves, community development associations, etc. as follows:   First, Suggestions for community residents: 1. Emphasis on organizational participation and promotion of their own well-being; 2. Enhance participation level and turn passive into initiative.   Second, the recommendations of the Community Development Association: 1.Adopt appropriate strategies to promote organizational benefits;2. Focus on family services and promote community awareness;3. Use leadership functions and make good use of resources;4. Effective activities to promote people participate.
