碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 教育心理與輔導學系碩士班 === 107 === 　　The purpose of this study was to understand the developed course and influencing factors of the personal counseling style, try to construct the content of personal counseling style, reflect and discuss the construction of personal counseling style. 　　The method of research was the self-narration of qualitative research methods, reviewed and organized past personal life experiences, interpersonal interaction experiences, professional learning, and practical experiences. The texts were analyzed by the "category-content" method to explore the developed course and influencing factors of the personal counseling style, construct the content of personal counseling style, and reflect on the significance of my counseling style to my own and professional work. 　　The conclusions of this study were as follows: 　　1. Constructing the development context and influencing factors of my counseling style：（1）The development of my counseling style: Based on the experience of personal life and the interpersonal experience in the past, combined with professional learning and practical experience, especially the study of postmodernist therapy, （2）The influencing factors of my counseling style: a. Personal factors, b. Interpersonal factors, c. Professional learning and practical factors. 　　2. The content of my counseling style：（1）my opinions on human nature, （2）my opinions on counseling, （3）my opinions on issues, （4）my opinions on change, （5）my roles in counseling, （6）my tasks in counseling, （7）my attitude in counseling. 　　3. The reflections on the construction of my counseling style：(1)The pursuit of recognition from the outside world, the urgent solution and effectiveness of anxiety in counseling, the process of constructing my counseling style reflection 　　Finally, this study provides limitations for data collection, research materials and research methods and guidelines based on the findings of the study to provide a reference for counseling learners, counseling psychologists, and future researchers.
