Therefore, this study explores the connection between organizational culture, learning organization and human resource management strategy for work performance, and takes a semiconductor packaging company in southern Kaohsiung as the research object, which is carried out by means of questionnaire survey, and sends out a total of 260 questionnaires, removing the number of invalid questionnaires from 9 After the recovery of the effective questionnaire sample is 251 , the overall questionnaire recovery rate is 96%, through the relevant data statistics and analysis.   The results of the study are as follows: 1.Organizational culture has a significant negative impact on the construction of learning-type organizations. 2.Learning organization has a significant positive impact on the performance of employees in their work performance. 3.Human Resource management strategy has a significant positive impact on job performance. 4.Organizational culture has a significant positive impact on job performance.
