Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 教育學系碩士班 === 107 === This study aimed to understand the situation and correlation, even the prediction between the idol worship and the peer relations in the upper-level students of Kinmen County elementary school. First, the researcher analyzed the upper-level students’ current idol worship behavior and peer relations. Second, compared the idol worship and peer relations variances among different background and analyzed the correlation between each other. Finally, according to the result of investigations, the researcher ascertained whether it is predictable between idol worship and peer relations within the upper students of elementary school.
The study conducted questionnaire survey of census, sample is based on 1247 upper-level students of Kinmen County elementary school, a total of 1180 valid samples. To achieve the research objectives, the study develops “The idol worship behavior of upper-level students scale” and “The peer relations of upper-level students scale” as the tools of survey. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis and etc. Lastly, after comprehensive analysis and discussion of the questionnaire date, the results are given as follows:
1. The situation of idol worship behavior in upper-level students of Kinmen County elementary school is middle to upper degree. Among all, "behavior betting" is the highest.
2. The upper-level students of Kinmen County elementary school consider the influence of parents and teachers are greater than the influence of idol.
3. The most of upper-level students of Kinmen County elementary school choose “TV movie celebrity” as their idol.
4. The situation of peer relations perception in upper-level students of Kinmen County elementary school is middle to upper degree. Among all, "social skills" is the highest.
5. In the case of self or peer get in trouble, the upper-level students of Kinmen County elementary school will help each other.
6. The most reason of the upper-level students of Kinmen County elementary school like idol is “The appearance is very handsome and beautiful”.
7. There is a positive correlation between the idol worship and the peer relations in the upper-level students of Kinmen County elementary school.
8. The “paying attention”, “behavior betting” and “Cognitive beautification” idol worship behaviors of the upper-level students of Kinmen County elementary school will affect one’s perception of peer relations.
According to the finding, we addressed practical suggestions and reference for educational administration, teachers and parents, even future researchers.
