First of all, based on "health food", "perceived quality", "perceived value", "perceived risk" and "purchase of will", and based on research motivation, research purposes and literature, The sample of this study is a public health care worker who has worked for more than 5 years. Extracting 13 evaluation items and 39 influencing factors for nursing staff to purchase health food from a number of factors affecting nursing staff's decision on health food selection, inductively construct a hierarchical decision-making framework for key factors in the purchase of health food by nursing staff; Secondly, 46 questionnaires were distributed, and the fuzzy preference relationship analysis method was applied to find out the weight ratio relationship between each level. Weight value comparison for each subvariable. Finally, analyze the key factors affecting the purchase of health food by public nursing staff. In the perceptual quality variables, Most valued for reliability; In the perceptual value variable, the weight ratio of professional function value is the highest; Perceived risk variables, the most important is physical risk. In addition to the willingness to purchase, customer loyalty is the most important; and discuss it based on the research results, and provide advice on industry management practices and follow-up research.
