In nearly half a century, the drought has been exacerbated by factors such as climate anomalies and human activities. The main reasons are human over-cultivation, deforestation and grazing. These make the land barren. Further, in order to increase the number of food crops or accelerate the growth of food crops, people improperly cultivated. They use unnatural practices such as pesticides or chemical fertilizers. These all acidified the soil and caused biological reduction. Also, further destroying the balance of nature, and finally the land is polluted and the crops are unable to grow normally, which in turn causes a decline in food production. Nuturn Farm is constantly trying to produce quality and safe ingredients in a natural way. With a combined ecological planter, the kitchen waste is fully returned to nature, and it is regarded as an energy source, which makes the kitchen waste more valuable. Nuturn Farm designed a combination of environmental and agricultural ideas for the combined ecological planter. The organic compost of the kitchen waste and the ecological habits of the earthworm, make the troublesome kitchen waste into a highly nutritious plant fertilizer. The remaining raw kitchen food in the restaurant can be turned into earthworm’s food, such as broken leaf and rotten agricultural waste, etc., and the earthworm will return to the planter for excretion after eating, so that it can reach the loose soil planting and processing farm. It has the advantages of loose soil planting, agricultural waste treatment and expansion of planting area. The crops planted in this way are then using in the restaurant. Since the crops do not need to use any chemical fertilizers, the food provided by the restaurant is safe. As a mutually beneficial cycle, it makes the restaurant and farm both better and better. Nuturn Farm is the best practitioner of the mutual benefit and symbiosis management of the food and agriculture industry. It’s marketing model that is worthy for further exploration and dissemination of it’s successful experience. The continuous promotion of friendly farming method of the farm is directly reflected in the turnover of the hotpot restaurant operated by the farm. This research has reached the understanding that today's consumers also like such a business mode, and has been promoted to food agriculture education, which is a relative advantage and a practical relationship. This study reached the goal of understanding three researches: 1. Explore the industrial development trend of eco-farm mutualism. 2. Discuss the management system of Nuturn Farm. 3.
