In addition to recalling the cultural background of the past, we have passed on cultural memory and innovation via the changes of the times. The author also proposes a narrowing range between the two by using the theme of Korean Valentine's Day and Kohakuto as the research and creative goal, and gives a new term of "love gem" to connect the two. Through the works, the author expounds the love relationships on Valentine's Day and the innovative works of Kohakuto, and expresses the theories and individual creative ideas corresponding to the theme. The purpose of this paper is: (1) to explore the relevant market for marketing of the candy culture; (2) to explore the cultural implications of Korean Valentine's Day and the evolution of the Valentine's Day culture; (3) to analyze the relationship and behavior at different stages in love; (4) to analyze candy-related creative works; and (5) to present individual creative ideas and expressions through the works. Regarding the research methods of this article, the literature research method and the case analysis method, and the questionnaire survey method in use after the creative the exhibition are used as the references for research and creation of works, and the above research methods and purposes are considered to obtain the final conclusion. Through this study and creation of the thesis, the author can express the research analysis through the creation of the works, show the directions in which the author wants to explore the relevant methods through both the exhibition and the paper, and get more different pieces of research analysis as the reference for broader research on Korean Valentine's Day and love relationships, and for creation of different forms of candy and Kohakuto.
