For copper powder particle size selection, composition analysis; fluidity test of powder after adding hardener; equipment optimal hardening ratio, hardening time; sintering parameter setting; composition, mechanical properties, shrinkage and microstructure of copper parts after sintering Organizational analysis. The experimental results show that the copper powder prepared by vacuum atomizing dusting has a true roundness of 0.9 or more after measurement, and is suitable for 3D laminate manufacturing and printing printing technology. The Voxeljet 200 printer was used to prepare a hardening agent with a binder dosage of 3 wt% and a metal powder containing 1 wt%. The curing time was shortened to 2 hours at normal temperature and pressure. After sintering at a high temperature, the firing rate was 6%, and the components were α copper and Cu2O.
